Reporting to and working collaboratively with our founder and CEO you will attend fitness sessions that have been booked for you by The Wellness Concierge team. Our core practises are pilates, yoga and personal training however we welcome all facets of fitness so if you think your specialism fits our brand please get in touch. These appointments will take place and holiday homes and homes in Cornwall. This is a self-employed role and The Wellness Concierge will act as a platform to connect you with confirmed clients.

• Provide quality and consistent sessions for our customers.

• Arrive punctually and professionally.

• Set up the space as shown in training.

• Provide feedback on your work and contribute to workshops designed to innovate within the sector.

We are looking for motivated and professional instructors who strive for excellence. You are able to take on board and deliver our training. You are confident in representing our brand as you visit locations and have an eye for detail when it comes to setting up a 5 star space. You are a collaborative person who can take and give feedback to help continually improve our service. You are able to drive to appointments.

• Previous experience in a instructor role.

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent in your fitness specialism.

• Hold appropriate insurance or can obtain the appropriate insurances.

• Access to a car and a valid UK drivers licence.

• You will be set up as self-employed and have the ability to invoice us.

• Highly motivated, a positive outlook and exceptional attention to detail.

• Time management, problem solving and people skills.

• Ability to take responsibility for the treatment and work collaboratively with the booking team.

• Luxury fitness session experience.

• Previous experience in mobile / at-home sessions.

• Demonstrated experience of taking initiative.

• Flexible working hours.

• Appointments booked for you by The Wellness Concierge booking team.

• Elevated rates of pay per hour.

• On-going training and mentorship.
